Torund Bryhn

Founder, Public Figure Agency

Torund Bryhn is a strategic communications advisor and the founder of Public Figure Agency. Her work centers on the public figure: how leaders are built, how influence is created, and how a person’s presence expands the circle of people who know them, trust them, and act on what they know.

Her career has spanned entertainment, politics, government, nonprofit, corporate, and public affairs. Across those fields, the constant has been the person: how a leader’s profile and presence can strengthen an organization, shape an industry, or move a public conversation.

Her studies in strategic communication at Columbia University, together with her publicist certification from the Institute of Media and Entertainment, transformed that experience into a method. The disciplines of entertainment, politics, and academia converged into a single approach that became the foundation of her work in the United States and Norway.

Torund founded Public Figure Agency to bring the disciplines long understood in politics and entertainment into business and professional life. At PFA, she helps CEOs, executives, founders, and experts turn what they know into intellectual capital, authority, and influence.

Christine Leninger

Strategic Advisor, Authorship

Christine Leninger brings more than 20 years of experience across global corporate documentation, operations, and independent book publishing to Public Figure Agency. As a strategic advisor, she guides clients through the full process of bringing their expertise to life through a book, from concept and manuscript to publication and promotion.

As founder of Lupi Docs & Designs, Christine has built the network and infrastructure behind that process: trusted partners in editing, design, and marketing who ensure every book is done right. She brings that same structure to PFA’s clients, with a focus on turning business expertise into a book that serves as a calling card, an entry point to the stage, and a foundation for thought leadership.

For PFA’s clients, Christine ensures the book is not simply written. It is built to work as a strategic asset.

Christopher Rosche

Media and Narrative Advisor, Public Figure Agency

Christopher Rosche advises public figures on the three moments that decide how they are understood: before the camera, in the story, and under fire.

Christopher is a strategic advisor to the Public Figure Agency, focused on public narrative: how a figure is understood, how influence is built through that understanding, and how the story holds when it is tested.

Media: Christopher spent a dozen years as a reporter, Washington correspondent, and investigative journalist, and four years as Director of Communications for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. At PFA, he conducts interviews on behalf of clients, prepares them for media appearances, and trains them to handle the questions they would rather not be asked. He knows what a reporter is looking for because he was one.

Narrative and reputation: He builds a public story that makes a figure authentic and understood and manages it when the story is under fire—a viral moment, a public attack, a hearing, or any event that threatens to rewrite who that person is in the public mind. His role is to restore reputation, steady the story, and put a narrative back in place that earns understanding and creates influence.

The words themselves: As a speechwriter and ghostwriter, he turns that narrative into language the public can follow: in speeches, short-form newsletters, and the written voice a public figure uses every day.

After his stint in the Senate, Christopher spent 12 years as an intelligence analyst and consultant studying how the power of narrative changes behavior, including how people are persuaded, moved to act, and even radicalized. That deep understanding of storytelling now serves clients rather than governments.

Karin Crawford

Strategic Advisor, Podcast to Television

Karin Crawford is a strategic advisor to the Public Figure Agency, focused on helping podcasters and public figures move from audio to television. As founder of BloomingVoices TV, she builds the systems and readiness creators need to take existing content from podcast to screen.

She works as a television matchmaker, connecting clients with the right production partners, from Roku and Fire TV to national networks and cable, so a body of work can be transformed and multiplied into television format. Her background as The Tech Gardener, including her work with TCO Technology and nearly two decades owning a floral concierge business, is the practical side of that work: she sits with the creator, learns the goals and the gaps, vets the options, and plants the right technical and production roots before the leap is made.

At the Public Figure Agency, Karin gives clients a clear path from podcast to television: higher production, larger reach, and a public presence that is no longer confined to one format.

Yamilca Rodriguez is a strategic advisor to Public Figure Agency, specializing in identity and intellectual capital. She brings nearly three decades of experience in design, including her work as a lead design manager at Procter & Gamble, where she developed a deep understanding of design thinking and how people and organizations are perceived.

She is completing her doctorate on identity, drawing on Jungian psychology, somatic intuition, and brand architecture to help people uncover what makes their work and presence distinct. Yamilca is also a professor at the University of Louisville, where she teaches design thinking, as well as a TEDx speaker and bestselling author. She brings particular expertise in assessment and the use of artificial intelligence in identity work.

At Public Figure Agency, Yamilca helps clients uncover their intellectual capital and bring it into full expression, translating who they are and what they uniquely know into something others can recognize and trust.

Richard Willett

Strategic Advisor, Manuscript and Narrative

Richard Willett is a New York Times bestselling editor and a strategic advisor to the Public Figure Agency, focused on the book itself: the narrative, the audience, and the work of finishing a manuscript that people will actually read. He is a developmental editor who brings out the human part of the author and builds the story around what will hold a reader.

He knows what a complete manuscript requires. He finds the missing pieces, fine-tunes the structure, and applies the practices that take a draft from unfinished to professional. For PFA clients, that includes shaping the narrative so it reaches the right audience, staying with the author through completion, and giving the work a final editorial standard. His stamp of approval has been the last gate before books from this work have gone on to become bestsellers.

A produced playwright, optioned screenwriter, and published novelist, he brings a storyteller’s eye to nonfiction as well as narrative work. At the Public Figure Agency, Richard helps clients build books with the right story, for the right reader, finished to a standard that can stand in public.
